Our Story

Tim and Carol Hoover are Lehigh Valley natives who share a love for nature and the outdoors.  

Together, they established Oakwinds Farm more than twenty years ago.  Over that time, they have enhanced the natural features of the property to create the perfect sanctuary.

As lifelong entrepreneurs, they have always enjoyed building relationships within their community through sharing their passions with others.

Together with their daughters, they have cultivated Mae's Blooms, offering the simple element of natural beauty to those around them in the form of fresh cut flowers and arrangements.  We hope you enjoy what's growing on around us!
